- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil up to and replace with Mobil 1 Oil. Replace oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
- Diagnose customer complaint. Check all components, wiring, mechanical and or hydraulic systems related to vehicle issue. Utilize factory information,Diagrams,write ups and TSB's as well as scan tools and any other avenue to determine vehicle issue, This may include specialty tools, Technicians knowledge and shop equipment to give accurate and detailed diagnosis. A Vehicle road test may have been required as well as removal and installation of vehicle components.
